TRIP TO LOS ANGELES-ETC

Well we have made it back and what an adventure we had. Our plans changed as you can see from the pics. My neighbor backed out so Melissa decided to join us. We simply had a committed plan for the Dodgers game on Sunday but everything else we left open. When we where en roue to Los Angeles we decided to travel to Santa Monica to the PIER so we could go to the ocean and have food & something to do without having to drive all around after our 260mile trek.

Miles hit the water a minute after we landed. He was so excited.

After playing in the water for a couple of hours we decided to go to the PIER to grab a Funnel Cake and some EATS before it closed up. Miles didn't ride anything since it was closing.

We then went to find a motel. We tried a few in Santa Monica but they told us every room in town as sold out. So we drove Santa Monic Blvd to Hollywood and BOY it was PACKED it took us 2 hours to get 6 blocks and find out there were NO rooms available either. We headed to Long BEach and as soon as we arrived we found a Motel on PCH & we went to JackIn the Bx for a snack & PASSED OUT!!

Sunday Morning we got ready and went to te game @ Dodger Stadium. Miles hda a great time. He had his 1st Dodger dog Everyone did! It was vey HOT so we decided to spend the day at the BEACH!!! BACK TO SANTA MONICA..

Monday we went to the LA Zoo where we had great time visiting all of our friends..Miles especially liked the Lemurs & Swinging Monkeys, we stayed and wathed the Lemurs for more than an hour they were very entertaing.

After the Zoo we were gonna get on the Interstate and head home but decided to go back down Hollywood Blvd in the Daytime to see what FREAKS come out in the light.

After that we headed home and stopped @ Bob's Big Boy in Baker (say tht 5 times real fast)
